研究方向

1、蜱传脑炎病毒、新冠病毒的复制机理:筛选参与病毒复制的宿主相关因子,解析其功能,阐明病毒复制机制;

2、乙型、丙型肝炎病毒的复制机制,与细胞代谢异常的关系;

3、新发高致病病毒(非洲猪瘟病毒,新冠病毒等)的合成基因组学;

4、代谢与免疫调控,关注乙酰化修饰、microRNA对代谢以及天然免疫、炎症和适应性免疫的调控机制。
